WHO WE ARE

Sol Agave Mission Viejo presents an authentic taste of Mexico in our upscale ambiance. Enjoy hand crafted margaritas made with 100% lime juice and organic agave, craft cocktails, and a vast selection of beer and fine wines. Dine with us in the main dining room, outside patio, one of our private rooms, or take a seat at the bar. We are a fairly young, new restaurant looking to grow and to show our surrounding cities what we have to offer. Come experience the freshness of our ingredients and our warm, welcoming environment.

OUR CHEF

Coming from a family of cooks, our experienced chef has worked for over 30 years in the restaurant industry. He started his career as a sue chef for his bother in 1985, then worked at Ruben’s Steak and Seafood, and Las Brisas. By 1999 he had become executive chef of Savannah's Chop House in Laguna Niguel where he spent the next 11 years. Following that, he cooked for Carmelita’s, Javier’s - Crystal Cove and Javier’s - Las Vegas. He is now bringing his amazing talent to Sol Agave Mission Viejo and we couldn’t be happier!
